A Study on Population Status as Change of Population Policy in China

Abstract
This study based on the fact that the process of settlement for population problem in China is helpful to look off into the distance of populatio policy in our country. So we used relatively accurate statistic data and reference related in population policy in China. During a half of century, the government of china have mad much effort to control of population. A result of speedy execution for population policy the increase rate of population was reduced form 33.3¢¶ in 1963 to 10.1 ¢¶ in 1997 and the family plan was achieved. And then these day the goal of population policy in China was to be rising of population quality. The advantage of these policy was deereasing of economical and social cost for birth, growth, education, public health, adoption of profession and so on. But many side effects and problem have to be solved is existing in this population policy Increasing proportion of aged people unbalanced sex ratio increasing abortion rate unregistered birth: the problem of bring up the children alone: control of minority: and so on. We will be able to find out the appropriate population policy as to investigte the process and problem of population policy executed. And we will be able to cope with effective plan for our population problem and chinese population problem that may be happen as our neighbor country.
